I just created my own petition and hope you can sign it. It is entitled: President Barack Obama of USA, United Nations and SADC: We want an inter-Rwandan dialogue, enough with the bombs.
This cause very close to my heart and I think that together we can change things. If you sign it and then send to friends and contacts, we will soon reach my goal of 600 signatures and have a means of pressure to get the change we want.
